4. Free Website Service (Subdomain Websites)
When you request a free website from NGO9:
a) Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, legality and permissions for all text, images, documents, and media you submit. NGO9 is not responsible for verifying your content.
b) Subdomain Naming
Subdomains are assigned on a first-come basis.
NGO9 may reject or modify subdomain names that are:
- Too similar to existing subdomains
- Misleading, abusive, or inappropriate
- Violating trademarks, brands or registered entities
c) Website Management
You will receive limited admin access to edit your website content.
You may not install plugins or themes unless explicitly permitted.
d) Website Removal or Suspension
NGO9 may suspend or remove your subdomain website if:

- You misuse the platform for spam, fraud or unethical activities
- You repeatedly ignore policies or requests for correction
- Technical or security reasons require suspension
e) No Guaranteed Availability
Free website hosting is provided as a courtesy.
